Three hard-working Blanchet Catholic School students joined East Salem Rotary club members on April 6th to clean up the learning garden the club built in 2012 for children served by the Family Resource Center located next to the garden. The students received a tour of the center and learned about how it supports the needs of low-income neighborhood families and helps build a resilient community. Thanks to the students and club members who cleaned and weeded so neighborhood children could begin spring planting!
