Krishna Namburi, newly appointed Salem City Manager, recently visited East Salem Rotary to share information about proposed programs to address public safety and livability in Salem, with a focus on downtown and northeast Salem. Joining her were several other city officials, including Mayor Julie Hoy. Neighbors from the east Salem area came to the presentation as well, and had the opportunity to ask questions.
